HMY Britannia and Police boat.

The Royal Yacht HMY Britannia berthed at Prince's Wharf during the Royal Visit by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in February 1963. A Police boat in the foreground keeping water bourne visitors a respectable distance.
